How is Advanced General Counsel different from a law firm?
Whether we work with our clients as an outside corporate counsel or as an outsourced general counsel, we are able to work closely with our clients and provide more hands-on service than a client would typically receive from a large law firm. Our experience combined with our lower overhead allows us to provide with our clients with high quality legal services at a lower cost. We approach legal problems from a business perspective as a result of our in-house experience. Our clients have the benefit of working with a dedicated attorney who understands their business.
Depending on the client's needs, we can either work in our office or in yours. We can also be available on a regular (weekly, twice monthly, etc.) basis or available by telephone and email as needed, as agreed upon based on each company's unique requirements.
