Vida Buchalter Harband, the principal of Advanced General Counsel, is an experienced attorney with a business person's
practical sense of how to conclude a business transaction while managing the legal risks. Vida Harband has both law firm
and general counsel experience. Vida Harband received her Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of
Law in 1989, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in 1986. She is a member of the State Bars of California,
New York and New Jersey and holds Series 7 and Series 24 securities licenses.
